Request for Payment Processing in review for over a month?

Hi – I’m wondering if something went wrong with our submission for this request.

This is what I see in our App Setup page.

I’m not seeing any feedback and have been patiently waiting but it’s starting to affect our deadlines with our clients. What can I do to get some visibility into what’s going on with our app?

I’d like to also add that I’ve been on a support thread for the entire month but it seems like it might keep getting lost? Not sure what’s going on :frowning:
