Request for read_all_orders access after app submission

A few months back when our app was in development stage we requested for read_all_orders access. But, we were told by Shopify that access will be granted only after app is reviewed and listed.

Our app was reviewed successfully and listed on Shopify https://apps.shopify.com/shopisight.

Since the app is listed now, we would like to have the read_all_orders access enabled for our app.

Could you please let me know, how we can get the access or request for access, as we couldn’t do that in app setup page.

Shopify guys will contact you when the read_all_orders scope has been accepted.

We raised request in January, before submitting app for review. Now that app got reviewed and listed, will shopify be resuming our request and grant us access?

Hi,

Yes normally they grant the read_all_orders scope in 7 days. Contact shopify for support if they have not yet activated that scope.
