I am Brin. I am 14 years old. I started my shopify store 1 month ago with 1 eur for first month (trial period). I just wanted to try how dropshipping works. Today my mom told me that 288 eur has been deducted from her credit card and she is very angry. I checked and realized, that this is subscription for 1 year basic version. I am very sorry for mistake! I was not careful enough and I did not know or noticed that after trial period, yearly subscriprion will be automatically invoiced. I immediately deactivated my store. Could you please be so kind and refund yearly subscriptrion to my moms credit card? I would appreciate your support and understanding.
