Request for Refund – Accidental Charge on Shopify Account

Dear Shopify Support Team,

I am writing regarding a recent charge made to my account. I am a minor and was using the platform under the free trial f

or learning purposes, trying to understand how e-commerce works.

Unfortunately, I made a mistake by using a debit card that does not belong to me without my parents’ consent. They were completely unaware of this situation until today, when the charge was processed.

Our financial situation is limited, and this charge represents a significant impact for us. Therefore, I kindly request if it would be possible to review my case and consider issuing a refund for the recent charge.

I acknowledge my mistake and have already canceled the subscription to prevent any future charges.
