I am writing to request a refund for the billing on my Shopify account. I am a student who is currently facing financial difficulties, and I cannot afford to continue with my Shopify subscription at this time.

I understand that I signed up for the monthly subscription plan, which includes a monthly billing cycle. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I am unable to continue using the platform and need to request a refund for the charges incurred.
