I am reaching out to request the cancellation of my Shopify subscription, as I no longer use the service. Unfortunately, I seem to have missed the deadline for canceling, and the system is not allowing me to complete the cancellation for some reason.
Could you please assist me in canceling my subscription and stopping further monthly charges? I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.
