I got almost 12 orders but not showing sales and every where it was not showen why

Hi hello i have problem in shopify application therefore i was reciving order from customer once it was showing the order details after that i cant see the order history i was went to roposo clut in that history it was showing clearly but in shopify there not showing i was tired of this issue i went customer service there is showing like this for example (Requester signature must match your full name) i was enterd my name clearly and why it was showing like that i was tried so many times please someone help me becouse i was working hard for this so i was getting trouble please teach me how to solve this issue

Based on your screenshot, it looks like you still need to capture the payments for one of the orders. However, we’re unable to take a closer look at the rest of your orders as we don’t have access to merchant accounts via the Shopify Community.
