Requesting a call back. Unable to retrieve funds

Dear Shopify,

Shopify’s customer service is incredible unhelpful. Why am I paying for a service and the only means for contact is through some typed of ticket. Outsourcing or reducing employment for a call center is extremely disappointing.

I am receiving the following prompt:

We temporarily locked your account and cards as part of a security check. Get help at help.shopify.com/questions

Please advise how to proceed and explain how to prevent this from happening again. If I have funds in my account, how is Shopify able to block me from receiving them?

In this situation you will want to reply back to the email you received from our team handling this account review. Payouts can be held for up to 190 days if a business is deemed to be a high risk, this is included in our terms of service for Shopify Payments. Our operations team handling this review will be able to provide you more information.
