Is there a way request an API key for my Shopify store?

The purpose is to improve our business operations in these areas:

  1. Data Sync to Google Sheets: To automatically transfer customer and order data from Shopify to our Google Sheets for better data management.
  2. Track Orders and Shipping: To monitor our store’s orders and shipping details more efficiently.
  3. Financial Analysis: To analyze sales and transaction data for better financial decision-making.

Hi Jason,

Yes - you can get an API key for a Shopify store by going into Settings > App & Sales Channels and select “Develop apps” > Create an app and when you create an app there will be a tap for API credentials where you can access an API key.

Once you have the API credentials, you’d access the data via different API endpoints, eg: customer API, order API, and fulfilment API.

Yes, I configured the admin API, and I got the Admin API access token,

I also provided the API key and secret key
