Requesting Refund For Monthly Subscription

Hello,

I just got notified by a payment from Shopify for the monthly subscription. I completely forgot that i had a store with a selected plan that i did not close. I did not want to continue with the store i forgot to close it. How do i get a refund as i want to close the store and did not have the money to pay for this.

If you don’t wish to continue with your Shopify store you can close it down yourself as outlined here.

Once you have done so, you can request a refund review for your most recent subscription invoice here via our Help Centre.

We can’t guarantee whether or not this will be possible from here, but we will be able to take a look at the specifics of your account and billing via the Help Centre and see what might be possible.
