Requesting Refund For Monthly Subscription

Hello,

I opened up my bank account only to be shocked by a payment from Shopify for the monthly subscription. I completely forgot that i had a trial store with a selected plan that i did not close. I did not want to continue with the store i forgot to close it. How do i get a refund as i want to close the store and did not have the money to pay for this.

Before you reach out, I would also recommend you take these steps here to fully close the store, as that is necessary in order for you to be eligible for a refund.

The problem is that i can’t find the category where i can request an refound.

When you click into my help centre link here, select the option titled Account, then Pause or close your store.

Once you’re there, scroll down to the bottom of that page and see our contact options.
