Hello,
I looked at my phone and see that I was charged $263.62 without my knowledge. I had signed up for a MONTHLY plan of $1 for the next three months and then it would go to being $5 after the three months had ended. I do not have the money in my account to be charged a $263.62 fee that I was unaware of and I’m very concerned and upset. My bank has paused my card due to “suspicious activity”. Is there any way this can be fixed? I would have loved to do the plan I had chose so that I could use Shopify smoothly. Please please please help!

I understand that you noticed a recent charge from Shopify, and you are unsure as to why because you weren’t expecting this amount. It’s certainly not ideal when unexpect charges happen, especially when it causes issues with your bank card.
To provide some context on this matter - here on the Shopify Community we actually cannot access any of your account information. I am unable to provide any specific information on this charge, however if you still have access to your store admin, you can navigate to Settings > Billing to see your most recent charges there. This should help to provide more context on the exact charges.
