Require Selection From Drop Down

Hello,

I’ve been trying to figure out how to make the dropdown require a selection before adding to cart. I’ve managed to figure out how to do that for the text area but I am having trouble with the dropdown portion. Currently only the text area is required but the dropdown can bypass and go straight to the cart without making a selection. The below is the code I’ve been using in the custom liquid code section. I am currently using Studio theme. Thank you in advance for your time and help.

When it comes to select element, we need to have a selected option. Please use the code below instead. I have ser Blank as a default option
