Requiring first and last name input fields on B2B checkout

There is no native feature to require first and last name input fields on B2B checkout, even though there is a native feature to require them on standard customer checkouts.

Is there any workaround to require these input fields for B2B checkouts?

Also needing this urgently. Its 100% critical to get First and Last name for shipping and billing purposes.
