Reset Theme to Coding Default

I am not super familiar with coding but wanted to add animations to my home page. I did something wrong and now there is coding text showing on my home page. How do I reset a theme back to it’s original coding default? I don’t know exactly which line I changed to delete it, nor know what to put back there.

You can follow these steps below to try revert the default of theme

Step 1: Online Stores > Themes > More Actions > Edit code

Step 2: click on theme.liquid and and revert the whole main file to the original version

Or if you add to homepage, you can revert the index.json file directly, or index.liquid file depend on your theme
