Resize large collage Image in Dawn Theme

Hi i want to resize the image of my collage. The 3 images are all in 1:1 ratio as images of categories.

How can I make the left one fit the width? It should look like the 2 on the right side.

in the screenshot, i have changed the display of the content to flow-root.

Do you need the size of this one should be similar to the 2 in the right side or its okay?
