If you’re using the Refresh theme from Shopify (or indeed any of our free themes and many paid ones), then you would need to select a slideshow image that will work well for you on multiple screen sizes.
This is due to the nature of how these images are coded, meaning they are cropped to fit these screen sizes.
There’s some great info here on our Partner blog about how to work with slideshow image cropping you can check out, but basically, you would need to select images that will work when viewed on multiple different devices.
Check out the info given there and think about what images and layouts you might be able to use and test them out on a few different devices for yourself.
