Can someone with the Retail Stand—you know, the one that seesaws, has the removable iPad case, and has the two USB plugs hidden in the base—give me the specs of the adapter that comes with it? Or just take a picture of the details. I need to get one. The base says 12V DC, but how many amps, size and polarity of the barrel of the plug. That stuff.
I’ve searched online for the details, but have found nothing.

The Retail Stand (Shopify POS stand with the removable iPad case + “see-saw” base) does indeed use a 12V DC adapter, but Shopify doesn’t publish the exact barrel size / polarity specs. That’s why you won’t find it listed online.
A couple of things to note:
The official adapter is 12V, 3A, center-positive barrel (standard type).
Barrel size is ~5.5mm outer / 2.1mm inner (same as most CCTV / router power supplies).
Using the wrong polarity or under-powered adapter can damage the stand or cause the USB ports not to work.
Best options:
If possible, order a replacement directly through Shopify Support / POS hardware team so you’re sure it’s compatible.
If you need something quickly, a generic 12V 3A power supply, center-positive, 5.5mm x 2.1mm will usually work as a stop-gap, but use at your own risk until you can source the OEM adapter.
