I am looking for an app that allows us to offer an easy return and exchange options. We are using Redo right now. The problem is they do not let us set up a scheduled drop-off. We don’t want to risk a chance of having all returns be delivered during weekends as our warehouse are closed on weekends.

You should consider Loop Returns or ReturnGO, as both allow you to connect your own carrier account and restrict label generation to commercial services only.

As far as I know there isn’t a return app out there can do this, no app can set the delivery date for returns items, that part is completely handled by the carrier.

You could try coordinating this directly with the carrier you’re using, but most carriers don’t offer a weekday-only delivery option. Or you could try to pay for an express or special service, it may not really solve your problem though, since your goal isn’t to make returns delivery faster, it’s simply avoiding weekend deliveries.

If you happen to know the local courier or driver who handles deliveries to your warehouse, just talk to them directly and see if they can skip weekend deliveries for you.
