A few features I would like to see offered in my Shopify store:
It would be helpful to see the cost paid for return label ideally up in the order return section otherwise; in the timeline. Currently Shopify makes me dig through billing history to attempt to locate such information which is both inconvenient and timely as I must deduct the price from any refund/return.
It would be helpful if Shopify offered the same suite of shipping options as when orders are initially shipped for RETURN shipping. Currently, I am only able to use USPS when creating a return label and only PRIORITY shipping service is offered…what is the rational for this?
