I have customers who are new and even ones who have ordered in the past who are no longer able to checkout. They are getting an error that says “Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it’s correct and try again, or select a different address.”

I’ve double checked that the shipping rate is assigned directly from Printify, and that our shipping profiles are set up accurately.
The particular items are all from Printify, but those items do ship fine to other places. I’ve also tried turning off address validation, which didn’t solve the problem.
Any help would be MUCH appreciated! We are expecting about 60% of our annual orders in the next 14 days.
