Returns App that allows shipping cost to be deducted from refund amount?

Hi,

I’m looking for an app that allows customers to pay for their return shipping label but the cost is deducted from the overall amount that is refunded to the customer?

We have a lot of customers that are buying from overseas and to offer free returns on international orders would be very expensive for us. Therefore we are looking for a way to make it easier for the customer to return their orders without footing the bill for it.

WeSupply’s Order Tracking Page & Returns app allows customers to generate a return label while the return label cost is deducted from the refunded amount.

Does your app offer printerless returns (QR codes?) for the UK?
