I’ll throw my hat in this ring as well. Our conversions are down significantly. Having the option to use either seems like a no brainer to me. Shopify usually makes good decisions regarding merchants choice, I’m surprised we don’t have the option on all plans!

I agree, the conversion rate in my store dropped significantly after implementing the one-page checkout. Customers are complaining about the inability to make payments and sending screenshots of the error.

You can switch back to the 3 page ONLY IF you are on Shopify Plus, it’s in the checkout settings, scroll to the bottom where you change the colors and font for the checkout.
