Is there an App with each of the product options can be rated separately.
Example: For a Product “Shirt” options as Small, Medium, Large.
We would like reviews separately for Small, reviews separately for Medium, and separately for Large.

I have not used any review app, but I saw some app review has a extra field show which option use purchased. Is below one what you want?
