On my website (chessvernissage.com) I used the AliReviews app to get reviews on my website and show review stars and reviews. At first, when I selected the ‘Show Product Rating’ button in the featured collection section when customizing my website, it showed the review stars on the home page for each product, now it doesn’t show it anymore. It is selected and my AliReviews widget settings are correct, but nothing is showing up on the home page, but on the product page for the products it shows the reviews and the review stars. Can someone help? I don’t know how to fix it.

As AliReviews: Ali Reviews App is considered to be a third-party app, the best thing you can do is to connect with them directly. This will allow the app developer to take a closer look into the issue and ensure it gets resolved as quickly as possible.
To connect with them, you can head to the Shopify App Store and scroll to the bottom of the page to select Support > Send a message. Alternatively, you can Contact Support directly where our advisor team will connect you with the app developer to ensure this gets resolved.
