My reviews are working fine on my website but for some reason they’re not appearing on the Shop App. Nor is there a function to review my product on the Shop App.
I’m using Judge.Me as my review app. Has anyone experienced this issue before and how did they overcome it?

This is Gabriela from the Judge.me support team. Reviews published on Judge.me that align with Shop’s review policies will automatically populate your Shop product pages. All reviews are sent as review metaobjects, and those associated with specific customer orders, including customers and products, will be added to your Shop app. You can refer to the guide below to learn more about this feature.

I’ve been informed via the Judge.Me support team that there is an issue on their side with syncing reviews onto the Shop App. Has anybody else been experiencing the same issue?
