Rich text section - how to add options for alignment

Is there a way to add options to the Rich Text block to add one for text alignment?

Currently it has Bold, Italic, and Link. I’d love to have one that can choose between left/center/right alignment! I’m migrating to the Dawn theme, but it seems to not be included on any theme.

Can’t you edit the code? That doesn’t make sense that you can’t edit that.
