Ride theme - Collections not showing correct products

Hi,

I’ve just built out a store using the Ride theme, and I’m having trouble with Collections.

  1. First problem: I’ve created 4 Collections. Collection 1 links to the correct product. The other 3 collections link to the same product from collection 1. I’ve triple-checked and it is NOT in any other collection. I’ve even tested it by turning that product to ‘draft’ so it doesn’t show up. When I do that, all the collections remain empty. They don’t want to display ANY products.

  2. Second problem: Even though Collection 1 “seems” to work, it doesn’t really. When you click on the collection you would expect a page to open, showing all the products in that collection. But it only displays 1 product from the collection.

I have spent weeks building this site, so hopefully the problem can be fixed. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

And in case this is a theme issue, if anyone has a suggestion for a replacement theme similar to RIde, please let me know.

It sounds like you need to set your “menu”up in your “online store” “ navigation”. Is this set up correctly?

Thanks. My menu is set up correctly. I’ve tested every link and they are correct.

The problem is when you click on a collection image they ALL link to this one product that isn’t in the collection. I’ve even checked in the back end, all the collections have the correct products in them, BUT they don’t show up.

I guess I’ll be switching to another theme.

This happen to me one time and I had to many tags on my products, the tags the wholesalers use are to many so after i upload it i delete some.
i deleted some and they showed up.
