Ride theme: Making image of "image with text" clickable?

Hi, I’m currently using the Ride theme and want to make the image of an “image with text” section clickable to a URL. How do I do this?

You can simply do this by adding an anchor tag in start of the section in code and closing that tag at the end of the code .
