Ride Theme Mega Menu sub items/ nested items disappearing upon hover

Hi,

i am using the Ride (free) theme and the Sub (nested) menu items section just disappear right as i move my mouse cursor down from the main menu header to the sub menu nested items even though they appear when my cursor hovers over the main menu items in the header navigation section.

Please help.
