I made an order on April 16th and still haven’t received it and then I did the right thing and contacted the seller to enquire about my order and I get sent fake tracking details has anyone else ever had trouble with riderhaven too.

Welcome to the community, but sorry to hear about your bad experience.
You should post a link to the store so we can see exactly what is going on. I did find one store, but that domain is new, not even a month old, so it could be a different store or the same scammer, but different domain.
But you should report a merchant here
