I am trying to find the best way if even possible to sell Rise 360 courses on Shopify. If I try to download the LMS Storm file and upload with Courses plus app that is working with Shopify it looses all the interactive features it has on Rise 360.
Does anyone have any suggestions of how to go around this?

Shopify is fantastic for selling physical products, not digital ones. Of course, you can sell digital products like courses via Shopify, but it can feel extremely limited. Even when you install Shopify course apps, Shopify is still super restricted in terms of the interactive features you’re looking for.
So my advice is: try selling your courses with Shopify checkout page, and when your customers buy a course, direct them to a purposely-built LMS platform.
