I recently purchased a toy for my grandson from a Shopify store called Orange Blossom. I was sent my receipt and order confirmation. I also received a tracking number and was able to track the package clear up until yesterday now all the links have disappeared. It’s as if they never existed I don’t know what to do. This was a Christmas present for my grandson

Hey @Asteli here is a best approach to resolve the situation.
- The most important and first step from you must be confirm that the store where you purchase the product really belong to Shopify or other platforms. To check that please provide us link of your store URL.
- If you really consider that the store created on Shopify then your second approach to contact the store owner from there email. While ordering the product you must remember the store email.
- Sometime that we think maybe wrong. Becuase Shopify itself terminate stores.
- After following these intrustion you can refund your money.
