I had received an email in which it was written your store will be shut down due to copyright theme and error in robot.txt file. Please give a reply otherwise we will shut down your store in next 72 hours. I don’t know what to do now. I think email is fake as it contains @gmail.com address not official shopify.com address. I’m attaching the pic as well
If the email’s sender address is @gmail.com then this is not an official Shopify email. I would ask that you please forward the email to safety@shopify.com so we can investigate. If you followed any links in the email or signed into your account through the email, please connect with our authenticated support team right away and take steps to secure your account. If you did not, then no concerns at all!
