Ive just set up the click and drop intergration with my shopify store but it is only pulling in orders from the last week
I have tried importing them using a spreadsheet but it isnt pulling through the order numbers, therefore im unable to find the orders im fulfilling on c&d
Can anyone help?

If so, I’d encourage you to connect with the app developer directly. As Click & Drop would be considered to be third-party, their app developers will be able to take a closer look and ensure it gets resolved.
To connect with the app developer, you can head into the Shopify App Store and scroll down to the ‘Built by Click & Drop’ section to view their support options.
