Royal mail click and drop not pulling orders over

Hello,

I have be trying to work shopify and royal mail click and drop app however it says that this has been connected correctly but not pulling any orders over so have to do all order manually and put the tracking on manually as well.

I have two other shopify stores on there which are working however one of them the tracking is not going over aswell, orders coming over though

Can some one please help with this issue.

I am also having this problem. My orders have been integrating across with no problem for months. Recently though I have had to re-integrate and the problems keep occurring.
