Royal Mail- Click & Drop- Shipping Rules not working for multiple item orders

Hi there,

Has anyone come across a solution which overcomes the issue of shipping rules on Royal Mail’s Click & Drop not applying to multiple item orders?
Is there another app which can help with this?

I am also looking for something that can do this. I have no idea why this doesn’t exist between Shopify and Click and Drop.

Not to my knowledge. still having to apply postage manually for each order

Hey, thanks for the reply. That sucks. According to the click and drop help, once you’ve manually applied postage to an order once, it remembers it and will auto apply it next time, but it certainly hasn’t been doing that for me. It’s such a pain using click and drop. I’m looking into alternatives atm to see what will be better. Might even move to a 3PL

We also have a problem with this, and will post if we find a solution. Each item has a packaging format defined. All good if you have 1 item, but it doesn’t work for mulitples.

What we are looking for is this:

Letter + Letter under a certain weight == Letter

Letter + Parcel == Parcel

Letter + Letter over a certain weight == Parcel

3 or more of anything == Parcel

It should be really straightforward to generate this.

This is so frustrating, totally beyond me why it should not be possible to do this. All I get told by RM is that I can’t do it, never an explanation of why it can’t be done. This should not be rocket science.
