I need help with my store, i had it set up and have been doing what shopify recomends to do, but have not had any sales, feed back, or tell if anyone has been to my store. i need someone to please look and tell me if it is set up pro

Hi @edwardda02

You did not mention the link to your store but I am guessing it is https://royboysgeneralstore.com/ ?

You did a few good things like setting up products, contact information (note you need the same info at the end of Terms), a few payment options but in general sorry to say, it does not look very professional.

The first thing I noticed was the lack of a menu, which is a crucial thing for any website. You should organize your collections in the menu for easy access. Also, you do not have a logo and favicon. On the homepage that big wood image in fall is great but really with no function, it just takes all that space. And a choice of that green color for a text is not great. Some titles that are bigger and bold may be fine but smaller and thinner text is almost unreadable. On product pages, you have accordions: Materials, Shipping, Dimmensions, Care instructions that are empty.

You should find a few well-known. popular online stores that do the same thing as you want. Take good things from them and try to implement on your store. Also check some paid themes for general markets and get some inspiration form there. I know you are not either developer or designer but some things you should learn along the way.

If you have time, check as many topics as you can from people with the same issues

https://community.shopify.com/c/forums/searchpage/tab/message?filter=location&q=no%20sales&location=…

And those issues repeat, so try to learn from that and apply what you can on your store and improve bit by bit.

Good luck, have patience, and in time I hope sales will come.
