Safari issue “Server can’t be found”

Hey Shopify Community,

I just launched my website live this evening and the first three people to go on the website on safari were unable to access the website. It goes to a black screen that says “Safari can’t open the page because the server can’t be found.”
They are all in different locations and have different levels of tech experience. I am in need of a single solution to fix this issue. I won’t have an opportunity to tell an unknown customer how to do it. It will need to happen on my end.

My website is sobyjostore.com, purchased through Shopify, website is using the new free Dawn theme.

Has anyone experienced this issue? If so, how did you solve it? I’ve been this come up a few times online from others but couldn’t figure out their solutions by the comments.

I am on mobile Safari and it works fine. Could you tell me what device was causing that issue and possibly also their iOS or Mac OS version? Thank you and good luck!

Were you ever able to resolve this? I can’t seem to find any post that comes to a solution. Just troubleshooting steps from shopify for the individual user, and like you said you won’t have the opportunity.
