Sale Price And Sale Badge Not Showing

Hello,

I’ve created an automatic discount on my store but for some reason, once I select a country (e.g. Belgium, Austria, Germany), the discounted price is not shown on the collection pages, neither at check out. I’ve also enabled the ‘sale badge’ but that is not showing either.

Altrough for some countries it does show the discounted price. (e.g. UK, USA, Switzerland)

You can follow these steps:

  1. Go to Online Store->Settings

  2. Choose Maked ->Preferences

  3. You will then see a setting ‘Hide compare-at prices for European Economic Area (EEA) customers’ by default this is on, if you disable this your sale prices will work again.
