I have completely the same question as described in this thread
Is it possible somehow to hold customers’ money during order creation using Shopify Channels and charge users later when the final price will be defined.
I know that payments can be delayed in Shopify only through manual capturing or via third-party apps. So I hope it can be done via Stripe integration because at least Stripe API allows to hold and charge money later.
