All day my sales have been showing up and disappearing. I just had a customer send me a screenshot of a confirmation for a large order she places today but I have not received a notification or is it showing up in my stores sales numbers or totals. I cannot find the Shopify status link to see if there is some major issue going on please advise.

We’re having customers call in because their orders just get stuck in a processing loop. Then they call back and state they were charged twice. Not seeing any orders show up in Shopify.
These orders just populated all at once in Shopify. FYI
Did anyones orders update? Same was happening to me. I had a collection drop at 2pm & got 0 orders for an hour with 400 sessions on my site. Then got messages from customers saying their payment kept failing (tried multiple cards & paypal) Then some orders popped up delayed (about 2 hours after they were placed) I was anticipating a high volume & only show a couple of orders & Im now not sure if its because I only got 30 orders or if the system is still lagging?
