Sales Report Generation in Shopify

Hi Team,

We have been trying to create a sales report with specific details including Invoice Date, Customer, SKU, Territory, Distribution Method, Quantity, Unit Price, Gross Sales, Discounts, Exemption Reason, FOB, and Currency. Please find below a sample of the report format we are currently generating for your reference.

However, the process of compiling this report is quite difficult and time-consuming.

Could you please advise if there is a way to export this report directly from Shopify, or if there are any tools or integrations that can help automate this process? Additionally, we would appreciate any guidance on how to customize report generation within Shopify to match our required format.

@Nirmani Yes using shopify API the data can be exported writing custom program. Further If you wish an interface can be design to select unique fields from default list and export the data.

@Nirmani , If you’re still looking for a solution, you can try the Report Pundit app to create this custom report. Could you confirm whether the data you shared in columns B and E such as Customer and Distribution Method is stored in Shopify or only in Excel or Google Sheets? If it’s in Excel or Google Sheets, we can still bring it into a unified report dashboard.
