Save two e-mail adresses on a customer?

We have a problem in that customers use their private e-mail when they place an order in the POS and in the online store, but when they send us questions/e-mails afterwards they mostly use their work e-mail (as we know people do other things on work than working :wink: )

This often makes it difficult for us to find the customer’s order.

I’m thinking this should be a super easy feature for Shopify to integrate a private e-mail and work e-mail to a customer? Is there a place where we can vote up good ideas we think Shopify should develop?

Maybe this can be done with customer metafields and Shopify Flow.
