Hey Imogen. We actually pay and use the pro account. The Save Cart functionality is no longer there. It’s now “save draft”. Which adds 3-5 additional steps which kind of goes against the idea of a quick save cart feature which exists to promptly provide awesome customer service to those that need to check out. Now I have to gather customer information. Seek orders from the draft screen etc. So I want to hear WHY the decision was made when it decreases our speed of service to customers in a retail setting?
