@brockpw - You should be able to use both the ‘Save Cart’ and ‘Send Cart’ functionality if you’re using POS Pro. If you believe that this feature isn’t working for you as intended, or if you believe that you don’t have access to this feature while on the POS Pro Plan, please use the ‘Support’ Tab within your POS App so our Retail Team can investigate and look into this for you.
@markphip - This change was made as a part of the process of moving features into being part of the ‘DraftOrders API’, which is part of our plan to help improve pre-checkout workflows for users. Folks using ‘POS Lite’ can use the ‘Draft Order’ functionality as a replacement for the removed ‘Save Cart’ functionality, or you can consider upgrading to POS Pro to access the ‘Save Cart’ and ‘Send Cart’ features that you are familiar with.
