Savor Theme- megu menu bar; submenu drop down not aligned u help

Hi,

I am running Savor theme. I have not found a solution to this. My submenu drop down options are aligning to the left of the screen, which is hard to click on via desk top. I would like the submenu options to show directly under the corresponding menu. Can someone help me with this. I believe it is a megu menu bar based on my other search. Picture attached. The yellow area is where I would like the submenus to be aligned, for example, I am selection Paddle in the main menu, and I want the submenu options to fall under that area. Please let me know how I can resolve this.

It’s not an issue, it’s a theme feature. It’s a mega-menu, it functions and displays differently than regular dropdown menus.

This is why you should try and test all major aspects before committing to any particular theme. For mega-menus, study on what makes them “mega” and how you should build your menus to suit.

Thank you for the thoughtful response. Let me asking you a follow up, is there a way to take my exiting theme (Savor) and all the work i have done into it, and “dump” it into a new theme, and see the output. Basically Save As into another theme?

Short answer, no lol… But, let’s say you’ve been at it for a while, and gotten to know how the theme editor, and custom css work, it will be a lot easier because you already know what to do and what you want.

But let’s say you are here asking to have a transparent header or something, and someone gave you a code to paste and you did that. When you get to your new theme, that code won’t work unless it’s within the Horizon family (which is what Savor theme is part of). So if you don’t know what to look for, and where to look for it, you would have a hard time, again… So it all just depends on how much customizations you have done and how much you know how to do it.

But overall, it’s not that bad. You could probably get main settings and adjustments done over a couple weekends.

Savor is a part of Horizon family ad they share theme code, so you may want to try the solution I’ve published recently to see if it fits your use case.

Try it an a theme copy, if not satisfied, share a preview link to that theme.
