Hi @FlaCoastal

This is a spam, please do not interact and instead mark it as spam.

Hi @FlaCoastal

It is a scam. Shopify will never send an email from a Gmail account. There are 1000 topics here about that and similar emails and scams. Each day a new one pops out. So do check https://community.shopify.com/html/assets/2022-09%20EN%20Code%20of%20Conduct.pdf .

Also, a tip on emails. Do not click links in emails if you are not sure who is the sender. You can hover over a button/link and you should see on bottom left side a link without need to click. They could mark your email as a “possible future scam” and just pass it to some other scammers. In this case maybe not, but this scam, from the experience of several users, can lead to chat about paying for a free theme. Then they could offer a “free secure scan” of your computer, then install some “anti-virus” for $399 a year that does nothing and instead spy on you. So just do not click links :slightly_smiling_face:

Stay safe
