Now, if you are already asking, you must have some doubts. But if the page https://shop-ify-dropshipping.shop/terms in English does not convince you, then it might be legit 
Are they scammers, well , most likely, but they might by some miracle send ordered item as they are dropshipping. But are they bluntly using Shopify brand and can be sued, yes. Will some poor, unlucky person think this is legit Shopify brand? A very small chance.
And I think this site with a different domain was reported some time ago and most likely shut down like this one will. This domain is month old.
