Schedule to find a specific customer and remove customer tag

Hi,

I want to create the specific flow and not getting the right results at the moment:

1. Trigger (time based schedule)

Specific time

2. Get customer data → with specific email adress

query input: email:example@example.com

3. Remove customer tags

Specific customer tag that should be removed

→ My guess is that my customer data object query is wrong or not working if I just search for a specific email. The reason for this workflow is that I have 7 customers which where I need to remove the tag in the coming year. May be someone can assist me writing the right query for the get customer data query so that the tag will be removed?
